Director's share options
IQE, the leading global outsource supplier of customised wafer products and
outsource wafer services to the semiconductor industry, is pleased to announce
the grant of 1,500,000 share options to the Finance Director of the Company,
Phillip Rasmussen, over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. The options
granted on 10 April 2007 at 15.24p per share are exercisable, subject to
performance conditions, between 10 April 2010 and 10 April 2017.
The performance criteria include a strong earnings per share (EPS) performance
and may only be exercised if the Company achieves a full 12 month period of
positive EBITDA.
