ANNUAL INFORMATION UPDATE (AIU)

 Part 11 of the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005 (S.I. No. 324 of 2005)

1. Introduction

This Annual Information Update has been prepared by the Company in accordance with the provisions of Part 11 of the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005 (S.I. No 324 of 2005) and has been filed with the Central Bank of Ireland (the "Central Bank") in accordance with the provisions of the Prospectus Rules issued by the Central Bank.

The Company is also publishing its Annual Information Update via a Regulatory Information Service today and is making it available on its website, www.icg.ie under the Regulatory Announcement section and is not solely relying on the Central Bank to fulfil its obligation to publish the AIU in accordance with the provisions of Part 11 of the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005 (S.I. No.324 of 2005).
