A block listing application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the UK Listing Authority for 6,500,000 ICG Units (comprising Ordinary Shares of €0.065 and no Redeemable Shares), in the capital of ICG plc, to be admitted to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange for such shares to be admitted to trading with effect from 30 January 2015. These shares will be allotted from time to time following the exercise of share options pursuant to the Irish Continental Group PLC 1998 Share Option Plan (5,275,500 Units) and pursuant to the Irish Continental Group PLC 2009 Share Option Plan (1,224,500 Units) and will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares and Redeemable Shares.
