TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

 

Irish Residential Properties REIT plc (the "Company") confirms that it has issued a total of 3,400,000   ordinary shares of €0.10 each ("New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Irish Residential Properties REIT plc 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan. The New Ordinary Shares have been admitted to trading on the Official List of Euronext Dublin   under the Company's existing block listing facilities.

 

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares and in conformity with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 (as amended), the total number of ordinary shares of €0.10 each in issue as at the date of this notice is 525,078,946.  The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights is 525,078,946.

 

The above figure (525,078,946) may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 (as amended) and the Transparency Rules issued by the Central Bank of Ireland.
