Ithaca Energy plc (LSE: ITH) announces that it was notified on 5 April 2023 that Assaf Ginzburg, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has bought 90,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Director Dealings") . Assaf Ginzburg is a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") for the purposes of the Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR").
