ITIS SIGNS NEW CONTRACT WITH TomTom FOR REAL TIME TRAFFIC DATA

ITIS Holdings plc ('ITIS' or the 'Company') today announces that it has agreed a
new contract with TomTom, a leading provider of personal navigation devices
(PNDs).  This replaces a previous 18 month agreement where ITIS traffic data was
offered to TomTom customers via a third party integrator.  The new contract now
includes a supply of traffic information to support RDS-TMC which TomTom are
launching shortly.
