Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

The Board of ITM, the energy storage and clean fuel company, is pleased to announce the  appointment of Barry Cunliffe, 44, as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.  He will be based at the Company's facility and offices in Sheffield.

Originally from St Helens, Lancashire, Barry is a chartered accountant with over 15 years' experience in industry, most recently as Finance & HR Director at the privately owned Italian metals business Sogepar Group.  Prior to Sogepar, Barry was Financial Controller, International Projects for Kvaerner.  For the last three months Barry has been the Interim CFO at ITM while the Company conducted a search, both internal and external, for the permanent role.
