California Energy Commission Report

ITM Power (AIM: ITM), the energy storage and clean fuel company, notes its inclusion in the recently published California Energy Commission ("CEC") Staff Report that has been made available via the internet.

The Company has been named as the electrolyser provider in a consortium headed by Californian company Hydrogen Frontier that has submitted a tender to install an Hydrogen Generation & Fuelling Facility at the Hyundai North America R&D Facility located in Chino, California. The Company confirms that it is part of the consortium, however, the contract has not yet been approved by the CEC and there can be no certainty as to its approval.
