Director's Purchase and Grant of Options

Dr Graham Cooley, Chief Executive Officer of ITM, the energy storage and clean fuel company, acquired, on 1 February 2010, 104,156 Ordinary Shares in ITM at a price of 19.65p per share.  Following this purchase, Dr. Cooley has an interest in 104,156 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital in addition to the options set out below.

Separately, the Board of ITM is pleased to announce the grant of options to executive directors as follows:
