Exercise of Options, Total Voting Rights
ITM Power (AIM: ITM), the energy storage and clean fuel group, announces that a total of 10,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company have been exercised by an employee not deemed by the Board to be a Person Discharging Management Responsibility. The options were granted on 29 April 2010 at an exercise price of 24.25p.
Following the exercise of options, the issued share capital of the Company comprises 471,322,527 ordinary shares with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, this figure of 471,322,527 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of ITM Power under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 2 January 2020.

About ITM Power plc:
ITM Power plc manufactures integrated hydrogen energy solutions for grid balancing, energy storage and the production of green hydrogen for transport, renewable heat and chemicals. ITM Power plc was admitted to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in 2004. Customers and partners include Sumitomo, Ørsted, National Grid, Cadent, Northern Gas Networks, Gasunie, RWE, Engie, BOC Linde, Toyota, Honda, Hyundai and Anglo American among others.
