Holdings in Company

ITM Power (AIM: ITM), announces it received notification from Donald and Jane Highgate on 25 July 2011 that their holding in the Company has reduced from 11.05% to 10.96%.  This follows the transfer of a total of 100,000 shares on 25 July 2011 to their two adult daughters.  Donald and Jane Highgate now have an interest in 12,122,728 ordinary shares in the Company.
