Notice of Annual General Meeting and Company Open Day

ITM Power (AIM: ITM) announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 10.30 am on Wednesday 15 September 2010 at ITM Power's head office at 22 Atlas Way, Sheffield S4 7QQ.  

The AGM will be followed by an open day that will include demonstrations of the Company's electrolyser products and the launch of its HFuel ® hydrogen refueller. Open day registration can be completed by visiting:

The notice of the AGM, together with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2010, was posted to shareholders today.  Electronic copies of the documents can be obtained from the Company's website and hard copies are available from the Company's head office.
