ANNUAL INFORMATION UPDATE (AIU)

Introduction

ITV plc is submitting its Annual Information Update (AIU) as required under rule
5.2.1 of the Prospectus Rules.  We are publishing the AIU via an RIS today and
it will be available on our website: www.itvplc.com.
