Redemption of Granada Redeemable Shares
Granada plc has today redeemed all of its issued redeemable shares of £1 each.
These shares were issued by Granada plc on 29 January 2004 to Granada
shareholders on the basis of 1 redeemable share for every 13.841 Granada shares
held.
As a consequence of the redemption, former Granada shareholders are entitled to
a payment of £1 for each redeemable share held. Settlement of all such monies
will be made either by way of a cheque posted to shareholders on or around 16
February 2004 or through CREST on or around the same date.
