Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification yesterday from M&G Investment Management
Limited, informing them that as at the close of business on 4th December 2001,
Prudential plc, and certain of its subsidiary companies have a notifiable
interest of 1,901,189 ordinary shares, representing 4.978% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
