JARDINE MATHESON HOLDINGS LIMITED
650,000 new ordinary shares have been allotted as follows:
595,000 shares under the International Share Option Plan
(1995) of the Jardine Matheson 1995 Senior Executive Share
Incentive Scheme; 34,420 shares pursuant to the United Kingdom
Unapproved Share Option Plan (1995) of the Jardine Matheson
1995 Senior Executive Share Incentive Scheme and 20,580 shares
pursuant to the United Kingdom Approved Share Option Plan
(1995) of the Jardine Matheson 1995 Senior Executive Share
Incentive Scheme. Accordingly, an application has been made
(a) to the UK Listing Authority for these shares to be
admitted to the Official List and (b) to the London Stock
Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading. The
Shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the
Company.
Copies of this announcement are available from the London
Secretaries of the company for the period of 14 days from the
date hereof.
