Following the transfer, E P K Weatherall's interest in the 285 ordinary shares has changed from the interest of a connected person being Saltire Trustees (Overseas) Limited (the trustee of a family trust) to the interest of other connected persons being Bertram Edward Johnson Weatherall in respect of 31 shares, Ruby Susanna Weatherall in respect of 127 shares (adult children who share the same household for over 12 months), and Honor Violet Weatherall in respect of 127 shares (minor child).
