Following the transfer, E P K Weatherall's interest in the 778 ordinary shares has changed from the interest of a connected person being Imperium Trust Company Limited (the trustee of a family trust) to the interest of other connected persons being Bertram Edward Johnson Weatherall in respect of 86 shares, Ruby Susanna Weatherall in respect of 346 shares, and Honor Violet Weatherall in respect of 346 shares (adult children who share the same household for over 12 months).

There has been no change in the total number of shares in which the Director is interested.
