The following ordinary shares of Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited ('JMH') were acquired in the market by Jardine Matheson International Services Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JMH, acting in its capacity as trustee of The Jardine Foundation which is a non-profit-making organization.

Total number of shares purchased:   13,200 shares
Highest price paid per share:            US$18.36
Lowest price paid per share:            US$18.24

The acquisition of shares is made in accordance with the share repurchase guidelines agreed with the UK Listing Authority.
