Correction: Exercise of Options

Further to the RNS released by the Company today at 11.58am regarding application to admission to AIM of 50,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to an exercise of options, Jarvis announces that the exercise of options has been cancelled and that no new shares will be admitted to trading on AIM.

Pursuant to the fact that no new shares will be admitted to trading on AIM the Company's total issued share capital comprises 10,606,500 ordinary shares. The Company holds zero shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 10,606,500, which figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
