                         Directors Dealings

Following a board  meeting on  18 May  the Company  decided to  award
options over 76,500 Ordinary shares  for the Chairman, Andrew  Grant,
and 50,000 for the Finance Director, Mathew Edmett.

Further options to  staff under  the share  option scheme  previously
approved by the Members have also  been issued. The current level  of
demand for services for the firm and its performance are a result  of
the  successful  team  in  place  and  Jarvis  wishes  to  keep  this
management team committed to the Company. Consequently, options  over
230,000 Ordinary shares were  issued at the  extant mid-price on  the
day of 175p per share.
