On 31 March 2016 the Company was informed that, on that day, various family members of Mr Jolyon Head, a director of the Company, acquired 2,142 Ordinary Shares at a price of 338p per share.

The shareholders and their subsequent shareholdings following the transaction are detailed below:

Following the transaction, Mr Head now has an interest in 28,126 shares, representing 0.26% of the Company's issued share capital.
