Jarvis announces that its subsidiary, Jarvis Investment Management plc ('Jarvis
Investment'), has reached agreement for it to provide SFS International
Securities Limited ('SFSIS') with custody and clearing services. SFSIS is a
bespoke stockbroking company that specialises in giving an institutional type
advisory service to private investors.
Jarvis is also pleased to announce that Jarvis Investment has been appointed as
broker to 3A Capital Limited ('3A'), which is applying for admission to the 535X
Market. 3A's primary aim is to raise finance for the purchase and development of
a new football ground for Perugia Football Club in Italy. The new development
will include a hotel, cinema and shopping mall. When successfully completed
Perugia Football Club will become the first football team in Italy to own its
ground. Jarvis has also been appointed to provide a custody service for 3A.
