Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that between 17 and 24 April 2007 Jarvis
purchased 106,000
Ordinary Shares to hold in Treasury pending cancellation, at an
average price of
221.94p.
The Company now holds a total of 200,000 ordinary shares in Treasury.
The Company now has 11,200,000 shares in issue, of which 200,000 are
pending cancellation.
The company has also been notified that Sion Holdings Limited
("Sion") has transferred, to
certain of its minority shareholders, shares in Jarvis Securities to
hold directly.
Sion now holds 7,338,000 Ordinary Shares in Jarvis, representing
65.52% of the issued capital.
Sion no longer holds a long CFD contract for shares of Jarvis.
