Weare 2020 plc, the digital marketing group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kate McIntyre as Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company with effect from 1 June 2012.

Kate brings substantial experience to the Group having held a number of senior positions in finance, strategy and operations. Most recently, she was Direct Sales and Marketing Director at UK General Insurance Group.  Prior to that she was Operations Director at Business Link Yorkshire managing a team of 200 small business advisers. From 2004 to 2009  she held several positions at HBOS plc. From 2000 to 2004 she was Finance Director of AXA PPP Healthcare part of the AXA Group and Head of Finance at First Direct part of HSBC between 1996 and 2000.

Kate Sarah McIntyre, 49 was a Director of Directissima Limited until April 2010.  As at the date of this announcement Kate McIntyre holds no interest in shares in Weare2020 plc. There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to the AIM Rules.
