Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

JD Sports Fashion Plc ("Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 1.00pm on Thursday 26 June 2014 at JD Sports Fashion Plc, Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury, Lancashire BL9 8RR.

In connection with this, the following documents have been posted to shareholders today:

·     Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 1 February 2014 ("Annual Report")

·     Notice of Annual General Meeting

·     Proxy Form

A copy of these documents together with the rules of the JD Sports Fashion Plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2014 have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
