Holdings in Company

The Company received notification on 27 February 2006 from Aberforth Smaller
Companies Trust plc that it has a  notifiable interest of 1,722,500 ordinary
shares of 5 pence each in the share capital of the Company, representing 3.57
per cent of the issued share capital of that class.  These shares are held in
the name of Nortrust Nominees Limited.

The Company received notification on 27 February 2006 from Aberforth Partners
LLP that it has an aggregate notifiable  interest of 4,833,991 ordinary shares
of 5 pence each in the share capital of the Company, representing 10.02 per cent
of the issued share capital of that class. Aberforth Partners LLP is not the
beneficial holders of these shares. This interest arises as a result of its
discretionary holdings on behalf of its clients.  The registered holders of
these shares are as follows:
