The Company received notification on 9 November 2005 from Pentland Group plc and
Mr R S Rubin that Manchester Square  Enterprises Limited has transferred to
Pentland Group plc 27,317,912 ordinary shares of 5 pence each, and accordingly
it has a notifiable interest in the share capital of the Company, representing
56.9 per cent of the issued share capital of that class.   Pursuant to section
203 of the Act, Mr R S Rubin is deemed to be interested in the same 27,317,912
ordinary shares of 5 pence each.
