Intergroup sale of Sports Unlimited Retail BV to Iberian Sports Retail Group SL now completed

 

 

Further to the announcement made on 3 June 2021, JD Sports Fashion Plc announces that on 30 June 2021 it formally completed the disposal of Sports Unlimited Retail BV, which is based in the Netherlands operating under the Aktiesport and Perry Sport fascias and was previously a wholly owned company, to Iberian Sports Retail Group SL, its 50.02% subsidiary based in Spain.

 

All the terms of the transaction remain as outlined in the announcement made on 3 June 2021.
