Directorate Changes

The Company announces that Mr David Padfield will be stepping down from the Company's Board with effect from 30th September, 2012, in order to concentrate on the significant Energy projects which are currently underway, in particular the installation of the Normandie 3 submarine cable between Jersey and France, due for completion in 2015. He will remain an employee of the Company reporting to the Chief Executive and will also remain a Director of the Channel Islands Electricity Grid (CIEG).  It is not currently intended to make an appointment to fill the Board position vacated by Mr Padfield.
