                                AGM Announcement


Dart Group plc is pleased to announce that all of the ordinary and special
resolutions were approved at today's Annual General Meeting.

Commenting on current trading, Philip Meeson, Chairman and Chief Executive, 
said 'Turnover in both Jet2.com and Fowler Welch-Coolchain, the Group's 
principal trading companies, has been at record levels in the first four
months of the year.  This has been achieved in part at the expense of margins;
with overall performance broadly satisfactory in competitive market
conditions.'
