Dart Group PLC, the Aviation Services and Distribution Group, announces that
John Adams will shortly be leaving the company.  Philip Meeson will perform the
role of Executive Chairman of the Distribution division and will focus on
further integration of the distribution division businesses.

Group Trading for the five months to 31st August, 2002 remains in line with
current market expectations.
