Significant shareholding

The Company received notification on 19 October 2006 that Schroders plc has an
interest in an aggregate of 21,031,156 ordinary shares in the Company, which are
held in portfolios managed on a discretionary basis for clients under investment
management agreements with Schroder Investment Management Limited and its
associates and subsidiaries. This holding represents 15.02% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
