                                                        Change of Corporate Secretary and Registrars

John Lewis of Hungerford plc (AIM: JLH) would like to confirm that, the Directors have appointed MSP Secretaries ("MSP"), a corporate services provider, as Company Secretary and Share Registrar.

Company secretarial services will be provided by MSP's corporate secretarial subsidiary Cargil Management Services Limited replacing Link Company Matters Limited. Share registration services will be provided by MSP's subsidiary Share Registrars Limited, replacing Link Market Services Limited.

The Directors would like to thank Link Company Matters Limited and Link Market Services Limited for their assistance over the years and look forward to a long and successful business relationship with MSP.
