The Board of Directors of Johnson Matthey Plc has approved the appointment of Simon Price as Company Secretary with effect from 7^th June 2023, whereupon Nick Cooper will resign as Company Secretary. Simon will succeed Nick as General Counsel and Company Secretary with effect from that date.
