Robert MacLeod - Change of Directorships

Johnson Matthey Plc announces that Robert MacLeod, Chief Executive, will be appointed as a non-executive director of RELX NV and RELX PLC with effect from the conclusion of their respective annual general meetings to be held on 20^th and 21^st April 2016, subject to shareholder approval. Robert will also be appointed as a non-executive director of RELX Group plc.

Robert will retire as a non-executive director (and Chairman of the Audit Committee) of Aggreko plc, having served nearly nine years, with effect from the close of Aggreko plc's annual general meeting on 28^th April 2016.
