ADMISSION OF OPEN OFFER SHARES

Johnson announces that, further to the announcement of the results of the Open Offer on 28 August 2008, Admission became effective at 8:00a.m. today in respect of 39,828,824 Open Offer Shares.

The Open Offer Shares rank pari passu with the Existing Ordinary Shares (including the right to receive all dividends or other distributions declared, made or paid) and will trade on the ISIN of the Existing Ordinary Shares GB0004762810.

Following Admission the Company's share capital consists of 249,302,482 Ordinary Shares of 10p each with voting rights.

The definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning given to them in the Prospectus published by the Company dated 6 August 2008.
