Non Executive Director Changes

We are pleased to announce the appointment of William (Bill) Shannon to the Board as a Non Executive Director with effect from 8 May 2009.

Bill is a Chartered Accountant (Scotland) and, after qualifying, began his career with Whitbread PLC in 1974. He held several senior positions within the Whitbread Group and served as a Board Director for 10 years until his retirement in 2004. He has since held a number of Non Executive Directorships and acted as Investing Chairman in several ventures relating to the hospitality industry.

Bill (59) lives in Hertfordshire and is married with two children. His considerable experience in highly competitive service based industries will be a great asset to the Board, and to the various Board Committees on which he will serve.

In accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies Bill Shannon has been a Director of the following Companies in the last five years:

Johnson Service Group PLC confirms that there are no other disclosures to be made pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies with respect to Bill Shannon.

Baroness Wilcox has submitted her resignation to retire from her position as Non Executive Director on 30 September 2009, which is the end of her second three year term on the Board. We would like to thank Judith for her contribution to the Group over the last six years.
