                                 RESULT OF EGM



               COMPLETION OF DISPOSAL OF JOHNSON CLOTHING LIMITED





Further to the announcement made on 11 April 2008, the Board of Johnson Service
Group is pleased to announce that the resolution to approve the disposal of
Johnson Clothing Limited ('the Disposal Resolution'), as detailed in the
circular to shareholders dated 11 April 2008 ('the Circular') was duly passed at
the Extraordinary General Meeting held at 1.15 p.m. today.



Following the passing of the Disposal Resolution, the disposal of Johnson
Clothing Limited ('the Disposal') to Ensco 645 Limited, an entity established
and controlled by Gresham LLP and divisional management, has been duly completed
today.



Approval for the transfer of the Group's shares to trading on AIM will be sought
at an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 8 May 2008.
