Change of Adviser
Journeo plc (AIM: JNEO), the information systems and transport technical services group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Cenkos Securities plc as nominated adviser and broker with immediate effect.
In accordance with AIM Rule 17, Schedule Two (g) sub-paragraph (v) of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company also announces that Mark Elliott resigned as a director of GE Securities Limited (formerly Gilbert Eliott Securities Limited) on 30 September 2011. On 16 December 2011, the company was placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation with unsecured creditors amounting to approximately £132,000. No distribution was made to unsecured creditors and the company was dissolved on 2 4 May 2015.
