J.P. MORGAN PRIVATE EQUITY LIMITED (the 'Company')

 

 

In accordance with rule 9.6.11 and 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority, the Company now announces that the following changes be made to the Company’s Board of Directors, effective 13 May 2009:

 

That, subject to his approval by the Guernsey Registry, Mr Gregory Getschow will be appointed as a director of the Company and that the resignation of Mr Troy Duncan is accepted.

 

Mr Duncan has served on the Company's Board since 12 October 2007. Mr Duncan’s resignation provides the opportunity for Mr Getschow, a co-head of the team responsible for managing the assets of the Company along with Mr Duncan, to sit on the Company's Board. Mr Duncan’s role with the Manager and as a co-head of the team responsible for managing JPEL's assets will be unchanged in all other capacities. Mr Getschow, a resident of the United States, has been a member of the Manager since the Company’s inception and will act as the Manager’s representative on the Board.

 

In the past five years, Mr Getschow has not been a director of any publicly quoted companies; does not have any unspent convictions; is not the subject of any bankruptcies or individual voluntary arrangements; has not been a director of any company which in the previous 12 months has been involved in any receiverships, compulsory liquidations, creditors voluntary liquidations, administrations, company voluntary arrangements or any composition or arrangement with its creditors generally or any class of its creditors; has not been a partner of any partnership which in the previous 12 months has been involved in any compulsory liquidations, administrations, receiverships or partnership voluntary arrangements; has not been the subject of any public criticisms by any statutory or regulatory authorities (including designated professional bodies); has not been disqualified by a court from acting as a director of a company or from acting in the management or conduct of the affairs of any company; and does not currently hold any shares in the Company.
