Notice to Shareholders - Launch of Newly Redesigned Website

J.P. Morgan Private Equity Limited ('JPEL' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce the launch of its newly redesigned Web site: www.jpelonline.com and www.jpelonline.co.uk. The new site has been redesigned to be more efficient and user friendly.  

Highlights of the redesigned website include:

• New 'Press Release' section - provides access to all RNS announcements regarding the Company

• New 'Investor Information' section - provides access to share price information, Company Reports and other Shareholder Documents in downloadable form.
