Stearns Private Equity Limited as at 28 February 2007:

Ordinary Share Class - $1.44

Zero Dividend Preference Share Class - 46.69p

Packaged Unit - $2.36

This is an estimated valuation of the net assets of the Company as at 28
February 2007. This valuation is for information purposes only and has not been

for their respective private equity portfolios. It is based on unaudited
