Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with Rule 5.6 of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's capital consists of 274,166,383 shares of 0.01p (excluding treasury shares) each classified as equity shares, and 57,963,001 shares of 0.01p (excluding treasury shares) each classified as zero dividend preference shares.  The Company holds 19,875,830 equity shares and 1,508,658 zero dividend preference shares in treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 274,166,383 for the equity share class and 57,963,001 for the zero dividend preference share class.

These figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
