As at 28 February 2014, JPMorgan American Investment Trust plc's issued share capital consists of 55,013,782 Ordinary 25 pence shares with voting rights.  JPMorgan American Investment Trust plc does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 28 February 2014, the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan American Investment Trust plc is 55,013,782.

The above figure (55,013,782) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPM American Investment Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
