As at 30 May 2014, JPMorgan American Investment Trust plc's issued share capital consists of 275,668,910 Ordinary 5 pence shares with voting rights.  JPMorgan American Investment Trust plc does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 30 May 2014, the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan American Investment Trust plc is 275,668,910.

The above figure (275,668,910) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPM American Investment Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
