CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES 

JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 72,360 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated subscription shareholders.  

The shares in issue following this notification are 160,267,281 Ordinary shares and 31,740,678 Subscription shares.
