CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 1,674 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of certificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 177,078,453 Ordinary shares and 11,809,896 Subscription shares.
