JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 413 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by one certificated subscription shareholder. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 168,235,868 Ordinary shares and 11,799,783 Subscription shares.
