Third quarterly interim dividend

The Board of JPMorgan Asia Growth & Income plc announces that the Company's cum income Net Asset Value ('NAV') was 400.4 pence per share at 30th June 2020. Accordingly, in line with the Company's distribution policy, the Directors have declared that a third quarterly interim dividend of 4.0 pence per share for the year ending 30th September 2020 will be paid on 14th August 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 10th July 2020. The ex-dividend date will be 9th July 2020.
